BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments can be made in person or via telephone.
Advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
A 50% deposit will be required to secure any appointment of over 1
hour.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Equilibrium Gift Vouchers make an ideal gift for any occasion, they are redeemable against treatments and products and are valid for 6 months. They are non - refundable or extendable.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The salon accepts payment by cash, and most major debit/credit
cards
(minimum charge applies when using a card).
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Please inform your therapist if you think you may be pregnant. Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy. Some treatments require a patch test before first treatment. Please ask at time of booking.

All prices include VAT.
CANCELLATION POLICY The salon respectfully asks that all clients give a minimum of 24 hours
notice of cancellation of any appointments.
If less than 24 hours notice is given then a 50% charge will be made.
If an
appointment is missed, then there will be a 100% charge.
